Does the coronavirus affect the deliveries of the orders?

Baby Max Webshop is open as usual, and no worries about your package, we’re still delivering on schedule, worldwide! Stay Safe!

Can I order from abroad?

Yes, you can order at BabyMax.NL when you live abroad . Baby Max delivers in the whole of Europe for free above € 100,- . For international deliveries you can use different shipment methodes. The package will be shipped to your homeadress, or at a pick-up point. The main countries where we deliver are: The Netherlands, Germany, France, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Estland, Norway,Italie and all other european countries.

Are there any delivery costs ?

The delivery is for free above the ammount of 100,- for the whole of Europe. for orders below 100,- the delivery costs are 10,-

Which delivery company will deliver my order?

Becouse we think babyproducts needs to have the best care and delivery options, we ship all orders with UPS. The delivery with UPS make sure that the delivery will arrived the right, good and fastest way. All shipments are insured by UPS

Which delivery options are available?

There are 3 different options of shipment:

Delivery at home address:

The ordered packages will be shipped directly to your homeadress

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is a rembours shipment. As soon the product has been shipped to you, you will recieve an trackingcode so you can follow the package. As soon you have recieved the package at your homeadress, you can pay the order at your door. The payment needs to be done cash.

Pick-Up at UPS-Pick up point.

You can pick up the package at a local pick-up store near your homeadress.

When will my order be delivered ?

When you place an order through our webshop and the products are directly in stock you will have the order within 2-4 working days at your homeadress. When something is not in stock, the delivery time is also written at the product page. When you have placed the order we allways send you an updated about the deliverytime of the order.

After shipping the order from our warehouse, you will recieve an tracking code, so you can follow the delivery.

How do I know if my order has been received well over the internet?

When you place an order through our webshop , an email will be sent to the email address that you specified in the ordering process . This email confirms that you have placed an order and that Baby Max has received your order. When you not have recieved the confirmation, please contact us.

Do i need to pay VAT from countries outside the EU?

All our prices include 21% VAT .For deliveries outside the EU, the VAT of 21% will be refunded to your account as soon the order has been placed. The order will be shipped included the 0% vat, and included an invoice for the Duane. You can pay the VAT and Import Duties, as soon the order has been delivered at your homeadress or pick up point.

How can i exchange and order or make a return?

If you want to exchange an item , or to cancel the sale, this is possible within 14 days after delivery of your order. The 14 day period starts on the day after the day of delivery . You can send item back to us or come by our warehouse in Zupthen. If you return the item to us, the shipping costs for return postage are for your own account, depening on the reason of return. After recieving the refund, the ammount will be refunded within 7 days to the account where you have payed from.

How can i cancel my order?

It is possible to cancel an order when it is not shipped yet. You can do this in two ways: by telephone : +31(0)55-3127995 or by e - mail to: webshop@babymax.nl

If the order was already paid, after canceling the purchase ammount will be refunded within 7 days . If the order has already shipped , then the above procedure is used (see exchange and return )

How long do i have warranty on products?

All the products on our website has a warranty of 2 years, and for some products 3 years. When something happens with the order you can contact us to make a warranty claim. After recieving this new parts from our supplier we will send the spare parts for free to you. Bugaboo strollers do have a warranty of 2 years, after registration of the stroller, you will recieve 1 year extra warranty. Joolz, Maxi-Cosi and Quinny products do have a warranty of 2 years, after registration of the products, you will recieve lifetime warranty.

When i have a warranty claim, do i need to return the product?

Most of the warranty claims will be solved with new parts. For example when a suncanopy, or grip has been broken, we will send you this new parts. The broken parts does not have to be returned. When our supplier will ask to return the broken parts, we make a return label for this parts, and you can return them for free to our warehouse. All the warranty parts will be replaced based on the warranty of our suppliers.

What can i do after a disappointing pregnancy?

In the event of a disappointing pregnancy, you can return the ordered items to our warehouse for free, also when the products has been unboxed. After receiving the items you will receive the full purchase amount back to the account where you have payed from.

Does BabyMax also have a store?

Yes, BabyMax also has an store in Zutphen, in the Netherlands. In this store you will find an overview off all strollers and carseats.

Where can i find the General Terms?

The General Terms and Conditions of Thuiswinkel.org, were drawn up in consultation with the Consumers’ Association within the framework of the Self-Regulation Coordination Group (CZ) of the Social and Economic Council and will become operable as of 1st June 2014.
